Duskmourn: House of Horror has finally been released! Now that we’ve gotten a chance to play with these new Magic: The Gathering cards at prerelease, many players want to know what the big money cards from the set are.
Duskmourn: House of Horror will not have any serialized cards; however, it will have a new Double Exposure card treatment as well as the new Japan Showcase style with and without the fracture foil treatment. There will also be textured foil cards, Mirror Monster cards, Paranormal Frame cards, Lurking Evil cards, Extended art, Borderless art, and of course, traditional foil cards. For this listicle, we will only be looking at the traditional regular frame non-foil MTG cards. That way, you can see what are truly the chase rares and most valuable cards from Duskmourn, based on the power of the cards rather than on their treatment. We will also not be looking at any of the cards from Commander precons. These are just the cards from booster packs that will be legal in Standard.

Preorders for singles typically start high and decrease dramatically over the first few weeks of a set’s release as product becomes more widely available. There’s always a premium to pay for being the first to have access to a new card.
